Alice joined Ethical Media in August 2001 as a project manager and website developer with a special interest in appropriate applications of technology,whether contact management, content management, online reporting or benchmarking tools for charities and NGOs. She has worked with many of Ethical Media's clients on a wide range of projects, guiding them from initial ideas to implementation and beyond. She is committed to high standards of service and interaction with clients at all stages of the process. In May 2004, Alice became the ICT Director for Ethical Media managing the team that provides the technology infrastructure for our 32 clients including web hosting, software and database system development, and overseeing the continuing development of Ethical Media's content and contact management system emKnowledge.
Alice was formerly technology manager at CSR Europe in Brussels where she was responsible for several complex software projects and a range of websites, as well as corporate social responsibility-related research projects. She has also worked for IBM and BBC on technology-related projects.
Her clients include Forum for the Future, Sustainability, Demos, Accountability and current projects include a website for Leap Confronting Conflict, and e-commerce system for CSR Europe and a personalised extranet for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
