Keith is an acknowledged expert in digital accessibility issues. Prior to joining Ethical Media Keith was a web developer for the RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) where he worked to develop a contacts and enquiry system for the busy RNIB Helpline.

Keith has designed and built the majority of Ethical Media's client database, content management, contact management, benchmarking, on-line survey and e-commerce tools.  His knowledge of CSR, environmental and ethical issues has provided clients with digital environments which support ethical communications, resulting in truly fit for purpose IT solutions.

As from August 2004, Keith will be working in New Zealand, providing remote development and support services to the EM technical team.
