Lia joined Ethical Media as Business Development Manager in 2003 to work with the corporate and public sectors on designing effective and efficient communication strategies integrating social, environmental and ethical dimensions.

Prior to joining Ethical Media, Lia worked for Forum for the Future, the UK's leading sustainable development charity founded by Jonathon Porritt. Lia's past work experience in marketing and advertising for international companies combined with her work at both Ethical Media and Forum for the Future gives her a robust understanding of the communication challenges facing companies today. Her corporate responsibility advisory work has already contributed to the marketing strategies of a number of FTSE250 companies including Vodafone, Unilever and Centrica.

At present Lia is heading Ethical Media's drive on maximising current corporate social responsibility reporting methods through using an integrated e-learning systems approach.
