Paul Sternberg

Paul formed the Ethical Communications Agency via the merger of his CSR training and sustainable supply chain company, Leadership Works, together with Ethical Media. Paul is leading the e-learning and creative industries division helping charities and local governments with strategy, staff development and regeneration issues.

Paul was formerly Managing Editor of Education at Channel 4 Television Corporation where he developed a range of professional development and CSR programmes for the creative industries. Before joining Channel 4 in 1999, Paul was Director of Communications at Business in the Community (BITC) where he worked with leading FTSE companies on maximising their communications potential through CSR. He was also an advisor and speechwriter to HRH The Prince of Wales.

He has designed and managed interactive e-learning services such as the award winning Real Deal and the cross-platform Nations & Regions initiative Ideas Factory. Currently Paul is working with Camden Council on sustainable procurement and with Sittingbourne Council to develop CSR policies for their regeneration project.
