Seb Ross

Seb has a background in education, having worked both for a UK awarding body and then the Government's curriculum development and qualifications regulator (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority). My last project looked at how to promote creativity through the use of ICT.

At the QCA I developed a clear understanding of how to use knowledge to promote achievement. I am interested in helping organisations use communications to ensure they use knowledge effectively - and achieve more.

I am passionate about demonstrating the competitive advantage of Authentic Working. That is, harnessing the power of staff's personal values and beliefs to provide better value for clients.  I believe that both creativity and productivity are boosted by working in this way.  It also makes for a happier workplace.

I am also committed to developing ways to account for the effects of communications design on our stakeholders . So that clients can more easily identify how communications help to achieve organisational objectives.

My belief is that authentic working and accountability systems together will set a new communications standard for good.

Ethical Media have developed the systems we need to achieve our communications objectives – we value their experience, understanding and enthusiasm – BOND (British Overseas NGO's for Development)

It was important to us that our identity was fresh, funny and appealing. Previous recycling designs have been extremely dull and have become old fashioned, cliched and ineffective. Ethical Media has separated us from this legacy and set a new precedent for the eco–sustainable design market – a groundbreaking achievement – Ben Maxwell – The Laundry
