Inclusive Quality Project

"Ethical Media's expert support and user-friendly products have enabled IQP to work more efficiently and unlock the potential that exists within our widely dispersed Project team. We now have a virtual office, complete with accessible data files and notice boards - improving our teamwork. We are also more accessible to our clients, potental funders and external colleagues. We have enjoyed working with EM. They did what we paid them to do - and sometimes more!"
Phil Jew, IQP Project Director

Ethical Media is currently engaged in work for the Inclusive Quality Project (IQP). IQP provides free, independent, consultancy support for voluntary organisations in England and Wales that wish to attain the Community Legal Service Quality Mark IQP is a partnership between Dial UK, Advice UK and Youth Access and is funded by the Legal Services Commission until March 2005.

We have provided strategic consultancy and requirements gathering which has led to the design and development of a public website for the IQP project and also a private extranet site. Both sites are now live.

The extranet is accessible to all IQP staff so that they can access details of the work they and others have carried out, key work resources and tools and stay up to date with the latest news and developments. This empowers staff who sometimes work in remote locations, providing them with useful and timely information and shared knowledge and materials.

Ethical Media has separated us from this legacy and set a new precedent for the eco–sustainable design market – a groundbreaking achievement – Ben Maxwell – The Laundry
